- Day 1 - Blaze will create your brand identity, custom content strategy, first full week of marketing posts, and second week of topics.
- Day 3 - Your content will start autoposting if accounts are connected.
- Day 4 - Blaze starts learning and providing insights if accounts are connected.
- Day 7 - Trial expires.
- When you upgrade: Day 8 - your second week of content will be created for review.
Can I change my plan?
Anytime. Monthly plans prorate immediately. Multi-month plans change at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?

How do I cancel?
Go to the billing settings in your workspace. You keep access until your period ends. Reactivate your workspace later by starting a new subscription.
Can I use Blaze for multiple brands?
Yes. You'll just need one workspace per brand. Each workspace has its own Brand Kit that applies to all content created in that workspace, so mixing brands isn't possible. Managing 5+ brands? Contact support@blaze.ai for special discounted pricing.
What are generation credits?
Blaze uses usage-based pricing in the form of credits to allow users to create various forms of content in your workspace. Every piece of content you generate draws from your monthly balance:
- Static social post — 1 credit
- Email — 3 credits
- Blog post — 3 credits
- AI Video — 15 credits
Additional credits can be purchased as needed.
